Hi,
I am trying to configure the store to not use a payment method - all of our customers are invoice only. Is there a way of adding Invoice Only to the payment module? I have turned all payment methods off, but I get an error message and I cant place an order.

If you're using my invoice module (the second one in the prior post), remember your customers must be in a group whose name begins with "invoice".

You could just use the COD method, make it be the only method active and change it's language file to show up as "Invoice Only".
The file will be: includes/languages/english/modules/payment/cod.php
And you want to change the line that defines MODULE_PAYMENT_COD_TEXT_TITLE
