I have this new mailing system and I would like for the link to show up on my Login page!

I would like to add it some where under the login button and above the submit button.

Suggestions on how to do this would be great!
I'm not even postitive what page I should make the changes on.
I think it's the includes/languages/english/myfolder/login.php
but I am unsure how to do this!
