Using version Zen Cart 1.3.8a

I have spent several hours fiddling with the CSS etc but cannot find where to edit the header of the entire page that says Zen Cart!, The Art of E-Commerce.

Also where do I remove the line:

Welcome to Northern Rites online store.

I obviously edited this myself but it was some time ago and I cannot for the life of me remember where it was.
