"Delivered" to "Dispatched"

Is it possible to change the status communicated to the customer (and elsewhere if possible) from the wording "Delivered" to "Dispatched" ?

I've had a look in the language files but can't find it anywhere. It's a request from a client that I haven't had before, but it seems to make sense, as the order hasn't actually been delivered, its just been dispatched :)

admin -> localization -> order status

Just edit the entry you need.

Here I was looking through all the files - I should have realised there would be that customisation through the admin :)
