Any suggestion for similar template as freepeople.com?

I'm new and I was wondering.
I have a psd outline design almot like freepeople.com

I want to give some outside background color just like that pictures. and side bar menu at left and top catagories menu on top.

I don't really know about css or php. I was looking similar template that can be modified as like that look but it's really hard to open up every template form this site.

Do you guys have any idea which template should i start with?

I really need the template that has outline (layout) box which is main page to be float in the middle like that picture so that I can put my log heard part to be transperance so that background can be show on back of logo and bottom of copyright .

To be honest, that is will take a lot of time and work to do especially if you dont know css or basic php

You may want to search for a company that will integrate psd to zen cart.
