ReOrdering Menu SubCategories

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

I am taking over the Zen Cart setup for a new client. Haven't worked with Zen Cart before and have a situation where I am adding new subcategories to the menu, but the new subcategories are displaying in the order of last added.

My question is:
How can I alter/control the order of the subcategories in my menu, without deleting the current listings and replacing in the order I want. (http://betterbodycosmetics.com)

are you setting a sort order when you create the new categories?
