I changed the settings in that file but my logo still stays cut in half by the categories below. The picture is 250x80 and the settings are the same. Any idea?
Thanks in advance.
link to your site?
You know.....I have tried all of the archived fixes to change the logo size short of actually modifying my image in Photoshop.
None of them work. Its not a case of modifying files in wrong directory either. Been there done that.
Header.php does nothing
english.php does nothing.
tpl.header does nothing.
WTF?
Why is it that such a simple thing is such a complicated obstacle? I actually deleted the width and height in header file and nothing changed. I know I was in the right file because I renamed the logo file and when i did, the logo disappeared from the website.
If we dont need those two lines why are they even there?
Are you using free or modified template?
If so sometimes the logo w/h is also set in stylesheet.

If you're encountering display/layout problems, post your site URL* so it can be seen in action.
Unless you're trying to do something other than I think, that's what you want to do anyway. Having Zencart resize your images often results in squished or otherwise mangled images.
When I set up Zencart, I set the width of mainWrapper, then decide how high I want the header to be, then create or resize the header/logo image to fit.
My Point here is that all of these files have variables to change the width height dimensions of the logo. But when you change them, nothing happens.
I have tried default template and custom. Made no difference.
Bottom line here is that we have to change the logo in photoshop in order to adjust the logo size. In this day and age of CSS, it seems ludicrous that it cant be tweaked thru php or css.
