    Default How Do I Switch Paypal Accounts in Paypal?

    Currently using v1.3.8a of Zen Cart with PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard

    Have Zen Cart setup and running using a Paypal account however we need to change it. For example, payments are currently made through [email protected] but they now need to be made through [email protected]

    The problem is that on switching the account over to using payments@ any orders placed do not show, although the customer and the shop get a receipt email from Paypal.

    Once we switch back to using customerservice@ they go through okay. Also, the order number sequence doesn't show the missing 2 orders.

    I need to get the 2 missing orders out of the system and find a way of switching over the Paypal account used.

    Any suggestions?

    Timeline
    1. Setup shop with Paypal account as [email protected]
    2. Tested and initial orders came through okay
    3. Switched to using [email protected] for Paypal payments (without uninstalling / reinstalling PayPal IPN module)
    4. Order is placed & Paypal notifications are received of payment being made however no record of order show with shop admin
    5. Switched back to [email protected] for PayPal payments
    6. Orders are now coming through okay again
    7. Uninstalled PayPal IPN module then re-installed & setup with [email protected] for payments
    8. Tested and works okay


    Other information:
    1. Zen Cart v1.3.8a
    2. PayPal IPN - Website Payments Standard
    3. PDT Token (Payment Data Transfer) being used


    Have managed to check the account by logging into it and there is nothing in the Shopping Basket, so I assume it's "in the system" waiting for a response from PayPal (which it will now never get)?

    There has been no order number issued against the order.

    I need to get the order completed so that it can be processed via the admin panel, effectively foring it to say that payment has been made.

    Any suggestions?

    You might be able to get the details by using the PayPal Push Order addon.
