That file is not part of the plug in. Zen Cart comes with a robots_example.txt, but you'll need to create a robots.txt file

I do have another question. How can I also make Yahoo! and Bing crawl on my website?

Bing has a webmaster tools (https://www.bing.com/webmasters/about) where you can submit your site map. Bing powers the Yahoo results so no need to submit to them.
