While editing define_main_page.php

My url of my problem is on my main page http://www.pionusparrot.com/catalog - all sideboxes and new product of the month box is all down below where it should not be. Scroll clear down to the bottom of the page to see what all is not where it should be. I'm using the template that came with ZenCart.

Here is what I did... which was a mistake and I did not save a back up of that page. Prior to this happening I had placed an image to be up at the top of the define main page which would be right below where it says Hello Guest... there is a blank space between the top of the image and where it says: 'Hello Guest! Would you like to register or log yourself in?' so I was trying to get rid of the space and I had previously had a table with info in it which I deleted out but while using the define page editor looking at the html source on the define_main_page.php I had saw what looked to be html that had showed something to look like table html so in thinking that was from my previous table layout, I deleted it out and saved it. After doing this, all the sideboxes on the right and the box for new products of the month are ALL out of the main area.

So I had only removed like 3 or 4 lines of html code up at the top while in the editor for the define_main_page.php and looking at my other define pages I do not see that code that was there on the main page. Like a dummy, I should have cut out the code then I could have pasted it back in had it not been right but I did not do that ... Can someone please help me on this?

I've read through your post several times now, and had a look at your site... and I still have no idea what you are asking us to help you with.

Could you be a little more specific about the "problem"? If you have deleted main_page stuff, then simply cerate it again on a "blank canvas" in the define_main_page editor.

... so I am not surprised that what ends up in the browser is a bit of a mess!

Just re-create your home page stuff in a "clean" editor window of define_main_page.php

Okay, what a simple fix that is! I did what you suggested and it is back to normal! YAY! Now I just have to place back in my info I had on it. I had tried to explain it the best way but anyway, you hit it right on target! Thanks so much schoolboy!
