Shortcut to adding categories?

I'm using the latest zen-cart.

When you go to Admin, and go to Catalog/"Categories/Products" I have around 20 categories. You can see them under "Vehicle Make" on my site. After you click any of these categories, you can see a sub category for each of them. After that, you will see the makes of the brand. After that, if you click any of the brands, you can see that i have them from 1995 to 2009. Adding these in the admin section takes A LOT of time. I wanted to know if there was any code or shortcut in which i can just kinda claim that i want that category to have 14 categories starting at 1995 and ending on 2009. Is this possible?

And tell me if i need to be more detailed.

Sorry, you'll have to do them one by one. Products can be copy/duplicated instantly and tweaked for a variant, but not categories.
