Zen Cart and USPS.com not matching

This is what is being sent to the API

The reply back gives me the price of $20.78. When I submit the same information to http://postcalc.usps.gov/ I get the price of 41.55 which is correct and the zen cart is not.

What is going on? Please help. Thank you.

How about it folks? Anyone? I am not sure what the normal reply time on here is so I appologize for the bump. I really need this fixed and i don't know why I am not getting the right information from the same source using two different ways.

It was included with the zen-cart. I made a couple of modifications to it basicly just telling it the box size and type and type of shipping and pulling the weight from the product.

I am not sure what to tell you as this is an issue with the dimensions and Zen Cart does not have dimensions at this time ...

I don't have the code you are working with to even guess at the problem ...
