    Default Help? "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time."

    This website is nearing completion. I set up Paypal Express and completed the API info on Zen Cart.

    A sample order of the virtual pedigree, Step 2 of the Payment Information says,
    "Sorry, we are not accepting payments from your region at this time?"

    This is Zen Cart 1.3.8.

    As this particular one is a free download, it completes, but I don't know what is needed to correct this.

    I'd appreciate any ideas.

    I've tried the Express option and had the same problem you are facing. After a bit of googling I found out its because the customers country at Paypal is different from the one at Zen Cart. Never had any problems with that in other stores, so I dont know why its doing that.

    No idea how to solve it either.

    If you are selling something that results in a Free Order, you need the Zen Cart Free Charger freecharger Payment Module installed so that the checkout can be completed ...
