    red flag Help - Changing postal rates from UK to international

    Help please

    Need an idiots guide to change the flat rate I currently have for postage to the uk ?

    Also need to give the customer a choice for different methods of posting such as Special Delivery, Recorded, International and dont have a clue where to start

    You need to install the royal mail shipping module. There's a good one available via the ""Free Software Add Ons" link above... Just search 'royal mail'

    How do I now access it from the admin area?

    Do you have any experience in uploading and configuring additional modules in zencart?

    You may be better off asking BeyondWeb to install it for you. It takes just a few minutes to do this, so don't let them hoodwink you into believing it's expensive!

    The point is that if you are a complete novice, doing it yourself may cause an error and could result in your site falling over.

    Once the module is installed, you need to come back to the forum to view the support thread for "lessons" on how to configure it in the Admin Panel.

    If you want to get more up-to-speed on managing your site, then you would do well to set up a TEST shop. Don't fool about with your live store. You can probably set up a test shop on your existing domain, in a sub directory... Ask your host if you have additional databases available.

    Cant as they are no longer trading and that's something else I need to learn to do is remove them from the site as well
