Help can not login again; There was a security error when trying to login

After copying my other store configure file over the login was working, now today is is back to the same problem. I get the message: There was a security error when trying to login. I never touched the catalog side as that was working. Today so far I have tried both IE and Firefox, cleared cookies and such on both. I cant imagine what could happen between shutting down my computer last night and start up and login today. Help I am going nucking futs. I am using 1.3.8a on both sites. they are:

http://shop.nilandsplace.com/shoes/
respecivly. I do have SSL turned on at both sites. they are listed in both configure files as:

OK I was able to get in setting the following to the directory of my other shop.

// * DIR_FS_* = Filesystem directories (local/physical)
//the following path is a COMPLETE path to your Zen Cart files. eg: /var/www/vhost/accountname/public_html/store/
define('DIR_FS_ADMIN', '/home/www/shop.nilandsplace.com/shoes/admin/');
define('DIR_FS_CATALOG', '/home/www/shop.nilandsplace.com/shoes/');

But when I did this I got in with these errors as follows:

Warning: Your Admin login is not secure ... either you still have default login settings for: Admin admin or have not removed or changed: demo demoonly
The login(s) should be changed as soon as possible for the Security of your Shop
Go to Tools->Admin Settings to change login IDs and passwords.
For additional Security for the Admin please see the /docs[/SCR]

I have to keep changing my configure code

To get logged in. both installs are 1.3.8a in directories /camp

Not knowing what to look for I reinstalled Zen Cart with FileZilla Client. I first backed up my configure.php files. I now know how the template override works so any customizations still work, and there are quite a few!
I guest I will never know what was at fault
