    Read the instructions on this and any error files will be saved to the /cache directory ...

    Make sure the permissions are correct on this directory ...

    When looking with FTP at the /cache directory, be sure to refresh your FTP directory for this to see any new files ...

    That would indicate to me that the freeshipper.php language file has space(s) or blank line(s) after the closing php bracket ?> that need to be removed ...

    Ok, problem solved. I hadn't modified any of the modules but I opened the pages mentioned in the error log, fixed what appeared to be extra spaces at the end of them, got a new error which sent me to the ups file, deleted extra spaces, got a new error and at this point decided to just reupload all of the shipping module pages from my original copies because they hadn't been modified. Got a new error for the languages/english/checkout_shipping.php page. Uploaded a clean version of it and now everything works.

    You are most welcome ... thanks for the update that you were able to resolve this problem with the Debug Tool from the Free Software Add Ons which led you to the files that needed fixing ...

    Oh my goodness me. The forum is great and so are all the people.

    My PHP editor automatically adds a new line ready for my next 'pearls of wisdom' not knowing I havent got any more to add.

    As it is after the closing ?> it causes it all to hang up.

    I will remember that THX!
