Paypal IPN Issue

Hey guys, I've been looking through the forum and have not found an answer to my IPN issue. I had two orders go through Paypal IPN and no records of them in zen carts IPN section. Here's all my current settings, I would appreciate any help or recommendations!

Paypal Settings

Instant Payment Notification (IPN)

Message deliveryEnabled

Website Payment Preferences
Auto Return: On

Return URL

I've tested the page

Nothing to process. Please return to home page.

I then Ran IPNCHECK

IPNCHECK.PHP - Version 1.3.9

IPN TESTING - Response Received via CURL -- COMMUNICATIONS OKAY

IPN TESTING - Confirmation/Validation response with fsockopen(): FSOCKOPEN() RESPONSE RECEIVED - Communications OKAY
Default method likely to be used for communications is: CURL, with the fallback method being FSOCKOPEN if possible.Script finished.

I'm not quite sure what else to check!

1. What version of Zen Cart? What version of PHP? MySQL? What addons have you installed?
2. Turn on Debug-Log-To-File in your PayPal IPN module, do a transaction, and post the logs. Ref: http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61199

I try to access the link but keep getting this msg:

I suggest you do a forum search for "GoDaddy" and see all the other troubles you're going to have if you choose to use them when running a money-making online store.
