Website down, please help, Sessions crashed?

I tried to go to my website today and all it says is:
1194 Table 'storesessions' is marked as crashed and should be repaired
in:
[select value from storesessions where sesskey = '1d036027006573d5e94d866a42f4f415' and expiry > '1240160042']

This happens on the basic store and the admin profile, anybody have any idea how to fix this? Thanks you very much...

Have you tried to go to phpMyAdmin and select the sessions table and do a Repair on it?

I have this same problem, how do you do a repair? on a table?

I have logged into phpmyadmin and selected the table "sessions" i assume i click on the "operations" tab. There aint an options to repair the table so what do you mean by repair the table? Please xplain in more detail on how to do this.

After you select the table go to the bottom of the list of tables and you will see a drop down with the selections of things you can do
