Naturally, hence why I was in the options_value_manager.php file.
There seems to be an overall width for the table, but not for the columns (cells) ... and if I try to force a specific width in for the Values column, nothing happens. So, basically manipulating the HTML does nothing, so I was wondering about the PHP, which I don't know how to edit.
Usually you have to edit the header and the column both ...
