I am going to be selling certain items on ebay. Is there a way to only allow my site to enable paypal payments on certain items? Some items i sell are restricted on ebay.

in that case it would default to the other payment module
How are you able to distinguish PayPal Only products from regular products?
What is the "other Payment Module"?
When the "other Payment Module" is available (mixed cart or all non PayPal Only products), is PayPal still available?

i guess all in all, that is what im asking if it can be done.
currently there is no way to do that, but if it is possible for it to do so
Are all of the Products in a particular Category?
Do all of the Products use the same master_categories_id?
Do all of the Products have something similar in the Product Model number (products_model)?
Is there anything about these products that set them apart from the others?
How many products do you have? How many can only be PayPal?

What Linda is trying to point out to you is that computer programs work only off logic...
IF x = abc, then -> (do something).
What you need to do (with PayPal only products) is give them a defining characteristic that allows such logic to be enacted.
But, in addition to:
IF x = abc, then -> (do something).
You also need to consider what must happen if:
IF x != abc, then -> (do something else). (IS NOT EQUAL TO)
... and what must happen if x is ONLY PARTLY equal to abc...
Computers are actually very stupid things and will only do as they are told... so you HAVE TO look at ALL possibilities (in the human behaviour aspect) and then write a program accordingly, that will deal with every eventuality.

i think this is way too much work for the reward.
