Upgraded but 2 error problems

Any other ideas on how to proceed? The Zen Cart Admin shows the database at level 1.3.7, but when I run the updater it shows shows it as 1.3.8 (it says it appears to be 1.3.8) and the sniffer shows it is up to date.

Everything in the store seems to run fine.

Well I have tried about all I can think of.

I just made a new Database and imported my original into it again, and I fill in the configure files and it locates the store and and it looks fine except it says it is shut down for maintenance.

When I try to log into admin (any time I make a new database) it says wrong password, and of course I can't try to upgrade the database at that point either because it won't except the admin password.

This is a repeatable problem.

If I go back to my original store database, I can get into admin butI still can't patch the database to get rid of the banner.

I have no idea at this point what to do.

Guess what it is fixed! I finally got it to upgrade just this minute. I made a new database (which I lost log in ability to) but then the hosting company got me back in. Then I found this SQL command to put in the SQL Patch Tool in Admin/Tools

DELETE from query_builder where query_name = 'Customers who have never completed a purchase';
