Need help with COWOA/or FEC

Trying to install
One of these and none are working like they should:
COWOA
FEC
And Easy Signup and Login

I installed COWOA on my test store and it worked exactly as I wanted it to, except for the bright red banner telling me the API of paypal wasn't installed, WELL DUH! I wasn't going to on the test site.

See attached thumbnail labeled "TestStoreCheckout". That was exactly what I wanted (okay, except for the red and I knew once on my live site, that would go away).

So I waited til a slow period and then installed it to my live site:

I have since tried the other two and get the same result.
