application error HELP! Define Pages Editor Process Overloading Server

We have received an email from our web hosting company that a process in define_pages_editor.php is overloading the server. This caused the host to temporarily disable our account so as not to affect the other users sharing the same server.

We are using ZenCart version 1.3.7. We are editing the main page using FCKeditor (the default html editor) using Safari for Mac when the error came up.

We urgently need help on how to fix the issue. Any suggestion or comment will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

a process in define_pages_editor.php is overloading the server
    What process?
Editors are normally light in resource use...
You might switch to Zen Cart's default editor "HTMLArea" to see if it makes a difference....
Knowing more detail as to what process is being overloaded and maybe what the contents of your pages consist of might also provide a clue

Or worst case, edit the file manually using your own editor on your computer, and upload the changes via FTP.

    Thanks for your replies.

it's a bad thing that the host already disabled our account and we don't even have the chance to back it up and test it on our local machine (i don't have a backup since the client is now doing all the updates). Even our ftp access has been blocked. We've now requested a copy of the site, I just don't know if they can provide that to us.

I really find the error report so odd cause we've been using the same editor for the past few months and the error came up just now. And I believe that there are so many users out there using the same editor. Can it be that there's something wrong with the host's server settings? What can we tell them so they can up our site again?
