I am really confused here. I keep getting this error no matter where I am trying to ship to.

We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

I have verified with USPS and I am on the production servers. I do not have any zones setup, and my zip code is setup correctly in Admin -> Configuration -> Shipping. Once I enabled debug mode I get the below message.

Ok I figured it out. You must follow the instructions in the below link to install the May 14th Patch, uninstall the module, reinstall, and reconfigure.

Thanks for the update that installing the May 2008 USPS Update was able to fix the problem with the quotes ...
