my additional images do not show

Ok I've set up all the permissions in the admin section to allow the additional to be shown and have had them working before and now its like they are invisible?

I have installed image handler but I'm pretty sure I has this working before this.

As you can see in this link the space is created when I try and upload additional images but nothing is placed their.

any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi thanks for getting back

I named my images
pottery_1
pottery_2
pottery_3

the frustrating thing is I had this working before ? I have made a few css changes to the central column and I thought this may be the culprit but I reverted and still no luck

solved the problem by installing a backup and using imagehandler2

pottery_2
pottery_3

You most likely needed the following:

pottery
pottery_1
pottery_2
pottery_3

After upgrading from 1.3.8 to 1.3.9 I can not see my additional images anymore.
"Show Product Additional Images" in Product Types -> General -> Edit Layout is switched on.
I use this naming convention:
"image.jpg" for the main image
"image_01.jpg" for additional image

All images are in the /image folder.

Also the images are distorted. The usual way of setting width or height to 0 and then set "Calculate Image Size" to true does not work.
