Shipping fee for over sized packages?

Hello, I am using Zen-Cart 1.3.8 I have a question about shipping. I have UPS shipping set up. I also have weight by Unit. I have a few products that are light but larger in size. UPS charges me more since they are over-sized (quite a bit more). Is there a way and how can I set up my site to include these charges for the x-tra shipping?

You should have a look at
admin > config > Shipping/Packaging > Larger packages - added packaging percentage:weight > set some value & test

Thank you. I did try that and nothing happened. BUt my package might not be heavy enough to register. Do you know how I check the weight minium for the large package?

What is the weight of typical packaging for Large packages?
Example: 10% + 1lb 10:1
10% + 0lbs 10:0
0% + 5lbs 0:5
0% + 0lbs 0:0

And I believe it is a % of what you set in
Enter the Maximum Package Weight you will ship

I had the same issue with one item. It was 16 lbs but size rated at 30 lbs. so i made the item 30 lbs
