Header Home & Login links cut off

On my ZC home page the top green header bar has "Home" and "Login" links. I removed the header bg image and added my own ALT Text and now these links are 'cut off' because the green header bar no longer fully renders.

Please see attached image.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

(I'm using ver 1.3.8a. New install)

In your stylesheet, change the bold below:

Thanks for the tip but where in the mass of files and folders is the css file?
