Fatal error - Zen cart not showing

This morning I added the security patch New PATCH Available: v1.3.8a and also changed the name of my Admin folder
I could still log into my admin but the shop is no monger visible.
So I removed the patch and also reverted to 'admin' for the admin folder.
I can still log into the admin; I now have the massage saying there is a security patch available but I sill can't see the shop.

The error I get after using the Debug utlity is this:

Line 43 in index.php reads:

Is it possible to fix this?

I am having the same problem.

At first my shop was visible until you went to pay for an item, which then it would take you to an "un"restircted page with directory information. Then I made the necessary changes to the admin and installed the security patch and now my shop is non-existent.

I fixed it. I had mixed up the two configure.php files and uploaded the wrong one in includes.

After I added the security patch I'm getting: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare zen_js_zone_list() (previously declared in /home/content/b/e/s/bestshop1/html/includes/functions/functions_general.php:1396) in /home/content/b/e/s/bestshop1/html/includes/functions/html_output.php on line 156

My site won't come up: I added a fresh html_output.php and it still won't work, I have v137.

Check that you have the right html_output.php in the Catalog and the Admin ... the files are different ...

I must have uploaded to the includes instead admin/includes. The fresh unzipped v137 I had I uploaded the includes html_output.php and then admin/html_output.php it worked my site came back up, then I went back and added the one from the security patch it's ok now.

Thanks for the update that this was most likely a problem with mixed up files ... always a help to others ...
