Adding Google Checkout as a Payment Method

Is there a way to add Google Checkout as a Payment Method on the checkout_payment page?

Also, can check or money order option be included here?

I currently have Credit Cards and PayPal as options.

I found where to add the Check/Money Order module.

I see a GoogleCheckout listed in ADMIN > MODULES > PAYMENT as enabled, but it does not display on "checkout_payment"
