red flag Fatal Error on my Admin/login.php page

My customer called me today to report that he can't login to the admin portion of the site. Instead of seeing a login box, there is a page full of raw php code, followed by an error code:
here is the code at the bottom as it appears:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: zen_get_top_level_domain() in /home/content/t/e/r/terrysmith8499/html/admin/includes/init_includes/init_tlds.php on line 13

I've tried uploading fresh copies of admin.php, index.php, and the init_tlds.php file mentioned in the error code.

Any suggestions? I've out of ideas.

upload admin/includes/functions/general.php file , you might have missing or corrupted files. , if that didn't solve the problem , upload entire admin folder ..

I tried to upload just a fresh copy of the general.php file, and it got rid of the page full of text, but replaced it with another error code. I then tried uploaded the whole admin folder. Now I get a generic:

Page Load Error: Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at ncuniforms.com. Do I need to reset some settings at this point to reconnect to the server?

admin / include / configure.php file , this might be missing . do you have a backup copy of this file ?
check your server and see if that file exist within mentioned path .. if not you need to upload a copy

configure.php is in the admin/includes folder. here is the content of that file:

see any issues here at all? thanks for the help.

i see no issue . you are well advised at this point to rename admin folder and change your user name and pass for your database connection since you have posted everything here ..
if you have time you might be able to edit your post and remove those entries ASAP

didnt realize how much information I was posting. i no longer have access to edit the post.
i'll have to rename the folder I suppose. This site has run flawlessly for 2 years, and now I'm very rusty on editing and updating it as the customer rarely calls me, and this the only currect zencart site I have online.

    Very frustrating.

cleared cache - works fine now. Thanks for all your help. If I rename my admin folder, will I have to change settings elsewhere to access the admin site correctly?

i can not offer much at this point , just make sure you also change your mysql database information and update the info in both configure.php files
    include / configure.php
    admin / include / configure.php
