    Default edit the code on my site -- my SEO person wants me to add something

    Hi All, Really hope someone can help.
    My SEO handler has asked me to add some code to the HTML of my web site just before the </body> tag I have looked on PLESK and opened the index.html and its is not my home page. Can anyone advise as to where to find my page to input the code?

    My site is
    www.offerusaprice.co.uk.

    Thanks for any assistance.

    Regards
    Taz

    There are no flat HTML pages in Zen Cart. All pages are built on the fly as users request them by pulling appropriate bits from many PHP files.

    You would probably want to add your SEO code to your custom template's copy of tpl_main_page.php
    (/includes/templates/your_template/common/tpl_main_page.php).

    Hi gjh42

    Thanks for your reply. I am supposed to add it just before the closed body tag, so would you know the best place to add it?

    this is the script.

    <!-- Start of StatCounter Code -->

    <script type="text/javascript">

    var sc_project=4891861;

    var sc_invisible=1;

    var sc_partition=57;

    var sc_click_stat=1;

    var sc_security="8100400c";

    </script>

    <script type="text/javascript"

    src="http://www.statcounter.com/counter/counter.js"></script><noscript><div

    class="statcounter"><a title="blogger web statistics"

    href="http://www.statcounter.com/blogger/"

    target="_blank"><img class="statcounter"

    src="http://c.statcounter.com/4891861/0/8100400c/1/"

    alt="blogger web statistics" ></a></div></noscript>

    <!-- End of StatCounter Code -->

    Thanks for your help.

    I suppose right between the
    <!--eof- banner #6 display -->
    and the
    </body>
    in tpl_main_page.php:
    PHP Code:
    <div id="bannerSix" class="banners"><?php echo zen_display_banner('static'$banner); ?></div>
    <?php

    }
      }
    ?>
    <!--eof- banner #6 display -->
    </body>
