Main page doesn't load on other Ip adress

Good mornings, I have read the FAQ question and the main forum post in order to find a solution for this and it haven't been possible.

I installed zen Cart 1.3.8 on Jun 30 and added the zen-cart-spanish-1_3_6 addons.

It is install on an apache local server and I am able to access it from http://localhost/zen-cart/ with no problem at all, but when I try to acces it from another terminal using my IP adress as localhost (ej, http://xxx.xxx.x.xx//zen-cart/) it shows only the links of the page with a white background. (I could send the image via e-mail if required) and if I try to access any link it gives me a broken message.

I have read over this post but none of them work out for me.

also I have enabled ssl = false on both /includes/configure.php and /admin/includes/configure.php.

A local install is for LOCAL development and not a webserver environment...
Procure a web host account and upload your shop there

Thanks Kobra... Here is the thing, I tried over the weekend by creating a configure.php file on the route /includes/local, which content this line define('STRICT_ERROR_REPORTING', true);

When doing so, still on my LOCAL apache web server, it lets me see the page on other computers using my IP adress but gives me several warning and do not load the images.

Is it a server or code Issue?

If you want the site visible from other IP addresses, you need to configure the site to use an address known by all the computers you intend to access the store from.

Usually that means setting a publicly-lookup-able domain name in the configure.php files for the HTTP_SERVER setting. Or, if you don't have that option and you're just using it for offline testing, your computer's own IP address must be used in the HTTP_SERVER setting in your configure.php files.

So, if your computer's address is 192.168.5.35, then you'd put 'http://192.168.5.35' as the HTTP_SERVER setting.
If you use "127.0.0.1", or "localhost", then all the other computers are going to look at their own computer for the data instead of looking at yours.
