I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this problem, but I have really done it this time. I was trying to fix this same problem on Zen 1.3.7. I found a patch I had not yet installed. I uploaded the patch, made note of my paypal ipn settings and then uninstalled paypal. I then realized the patch was uploaded to the wrong files, and did a file restore from my server. PayPal is now no longer in my shipping module. I have 3 errors showing.

I have tried to restore these files, but have been unsucessful. HELP PLEASE.

There should not be any such file in that folder. You've clearly uploaded a header_php.php file into the /includes/languages/english/modules/payment/ folder that doesn't belong there. Delete it. Then figure out where you SHOULD have put that file, because it's likely you still need to get it into the right place.Warning: main(/web/zen-cart/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/header_php.php).
