Main page has extraneous "/>

My main page is showing an extraneous "/> in the top left hand corner.

I pulled this up in Firefox to try to find the error, but can't seem to locate it. It's small, but annoying.

I'm still working on my TITLE_HEADER problem, but that's a different thread.

I'd guess it's coming from here:

Remove the part in red.
