    Default Getting a blank page, debug error-logging not working

    I keep getting a blank page on the site. I have a category with 6+ pages and page #4 shows up blank!
    I installed error debug-logging utility but it doesnt create a log file (the cache folder is set to 777).
    here is the "blank page" any suggestions?

    Usually this means one or more of your Products has something in the products_description that is causing the problem or you have a massive image being loaded ...

    Most like problem is products_id 2784 ... there could be others ...

    Thanks for the quick reply! i do see that there is a problem with id 2784 but i am not sure why? the description seems to be normal (no weird characters or anything), would you please let me know what is wrong with that product that is causing this issue?

    What happens if you switch to the Classic Template ... does the page load properly on a refresh?

    Thanks for providing assistance this is greately appreciated as i have been tryin to figure out the issue for hours already without much progress
    i just switched to classic template and it still doesnt load.
    i also deleted that one item that was not displaying properly and the page still does not load.
