Orders not showing in zen cart, using PayPal IPN module

Hopefully someone here can help me...

I see orders through my store are being processed through Paypal. These orders are not showing in my zen cart admin. The orders are simply not being recored.

Here is the zen cart version I am using: Zen Cart 1.3.8a

Patch: 1::

Database Patch Level: 1.3.8

Here is what I am getting when I doing an IPN check.

I was told Paypal is misbehaving. I thank anyone in advance for their help in fixing this.

This looks like a paypal issue more than your site itself.

Double check your IPN address is set properly in your paypal account.

It should be set to send IPN info to http://www.yoursite.com/ipn_main_handler.php

The reason its not showing in your admin is normally down to Paypal not sending the info the right place.
