Cannot find how to edit this text anywhere!

My shopping cart www.tenpercentfirearms.com. I have attached an image of what I am talking about if you don't want to create an account.

I have used the developers tool kit to search for the text "CA Sales Tax 7.25% + Less Cash Discount" and I have never been able to find it. I no longer do the less cash discount thing so I just want it to say "CA Sales Tax 7.25%" Any ideas where that text might be located?

I have edited my website using the developers tool kit many times before, so it puzzles me that this text cannot be found anywhere. Thanks for the help.

includes - languages - english - modules - order total - ot_tax.php

Or if you have an override:

includes - languages - yourtemplate - english - modules - order total -ot_tax.php

I think that did it. It was hiding in the taxable goods outside of California class. I went to edit and in description there it was. I just logged in and now it is gone. There is a + there, but that can be worked out later. Thanks!
