Add customers from Admin addon error

I add a customer for the first time just now and this error popped up

Have i miss something, why is there not a drop down box for states? There is for country's.

I also get the error on line 71, just ignore it.

This is a much needed mod for people that are wanting to switch from another shopping cart to ZenCart and need to upload thousand of customers. If it was not for this mod I would still be with my other shopping cart but it is a pain in the but to rig this mod to work good enough to get customers in DB. As is will give errors on the import if no gender, will accept only US, zip code (leading 0 is dropped on some states), telephone numbers, won't import international, and maybe more.

To prevent adding "female (f) or male (m)" for each customer, to get around this just add code to accept (n) which will allow the customer to be imported. Most shopping carts don't deal with gender and on thousands + or - customers to import it will take many hours to set gender correct. What will happen is when customer opens their customer file, zencart will make customer select a gender before saving.

Many thanks to one's that got this mod to this point but needs a lot of polish and a little intelligences in variables like accept US, or USA, United States, or United States of America.

This would make a great project for one of you code gurus.
