    i'm not sure about doing it retrospectively, but it is an option during the initial setup of your store.
    hopefully someone else here knows how, i suspect it is just a switch in one of the configure files.

    One more note I did check the option(s) for SSL in my store setup. But unless I enter into my admin by e.g https://site.com/shopping/admin it will not stay in ssl mode some pages display in non-ssl mode and some do.

    That means you've likely edited the file incorrectly, perhaps deleting quotes or brackets or semicolons.

    Idea or Suggestion Re: How can I force ALL of my admin pages to show in SSL

    There were no brackets or quotes just added them to show the code, but I did figure it out and it helps if I would have read some of the stuff in the configure.php file, here is what I found:

    * If you desire your *entire* admin to be SSL-protected, make sure you use a "https:" URL for all 4 of the following:
    */
    define('HTTP_SERVER', 'https://STORE_NAME.com/store');
    define('HTTPS_SERVER', 'https://STORE_NAME.com/store');
    define('HTTP_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://STORE_NAME.com/store');
    define('HTTPS_CATALOG_SERVER', 'https://STORE_NAME.com/store');

    You have to change ALL of them to point to you SSL Site for it to work.

    So far so good, we'll see how it goes.

    Thanks.
