Product List to look like New Products listing

Hope I haven't just missed this somewhere, but I've been looking all over the last few days.

My issue:
I don't care for the look of the product listing. The text seems to be big and runs into itself if the "Product Name" has to use a second line. (Edit: Also would like the product info text cleaner as it appears to run into itself and have tried to change settings for entering in text for products. Ie: Heading 1, Normal, Formatted, 8, 10, 12) still doesn't look the way I want.)

Personally I prefer the look of the layout that is used if you click on "New Products" Text is smaller, general layout appears to be cleaner.

My site is currently password protected to prevent anyone from viewing an unfinished site and walking away from it. But if anyone needs to see the site to better understand what I mean please let me know. Though from what I understand, these layouts are pretty standard as I haven't messed with them as of yet.

It would be appreciated if someone could tell me how to make my standard "Product Listing" look like the "New Product" listing if possible. Thanks in advance.

All this kind of styling can be best achieved by editing the stylesheet.css file that is in

includes/templates/yourtemplate/css/stylesheet.css

You will need to edit that file and then upload your new version to the server. If you need help about how css files work then there are many tutorials on the web. I like:

ok, I will check that out.

I was under the assumption that there was a template to show the general layout of pages and if I could figure it out I'd just have to pull code from the new pages layout.

But I will definitely see what I can do with the css file. Thanks.
