I want to add a "Delivery Instructions" field to my checkout

Hi, I need to add an extra field in the checkout that will record information to be displayed in the admin once a user submits an order.

The information will be 'Delivery Instructions'. I've already tried to modify the cart checkout so it records this and have successfully created the field but it doesn't record the info properly.

Basically I duplicated the field for 'Gift Message' and called it delivery instructions.

Please can someone help me with this?

A simple solution would be to change the area (in the checkout process) that says "Special Instructions or Comments About Your Order" to "Delivery Instructions."
