Hi There

I want to have Search Engine Friendly URLS

Can anyone give me and feedback on which is better, the free
Ultimate SEO URL or the proprietary Magic SEO URLS

What are the benefits of each.

No affiliate links here please!

Also i just added the recent security update patch (i am running 2.8a), in June - will that interfere with the installation of either of these products. I also want to use google analytics but havent installed it yet

Ultimate seo urls is very buggy and no longer supported. I would recommend the simple seo urls, the author is extremely helpful here and it is an excellent mod. Save your money for something that you can't find for free.

The cost isnt really the issue.

I also want to run the SEO script with other scrips like Magnetic One Scripts like data feeds

How will that tie in with the SEO urls. Would the feed have the "new" urls or the old

As far as I am aware, the simple seo url module doesn't conflict with any of the other mods apart from the wordpress integration mod. I'm pretty sure that the paid seo url module won't convert links for non-standard zen cart pages without custom coding(and it's files are obfuscated), unless it's recently changed. That was one of the issues that I had with it so I bailed and went with the simple seo url instead even though I spent $$ on the paid one.

In terms of the feeds, there are a number of free ones in the downloads section in case you haven't seen them. The feeds should have all of the correct seo urls, but I would ask the author from Magnetic One about that to make sure.

What I want to to is to super charge my zen cart with many data feeds to amazon and many other shopping engines as well as google base.

I want all the incoming links to be SEO friendly. I am convinced data feeds especially RDF feeds are the way forward for SEO in the future. Its also good to parse newsfeeds into php and display the random content on your page - so it looks like its your content not a feed, anyway thats off topic.

I want SEO urls that will work with data feeds so when i put my links they will come in on the new urls

Any ideas thanks?

Most SEO modules will do that.

Edit: Magic SEO Url may not do that by default

I am also considering power seo url by magn etic one. I am wondering how you like it, and if you think it is any good?
