Window Shopping Only?

Anyway in the admin section that you can set the shop for "window shopping only" people can view and not buy?

It's a temp thing for my members to see upcoming changes and additions.

In Admin/Configuration/My Store/Store Status,
you have three choices:

What is your Store Status
0= Normal Store
1= Showcase no prices
2= Showcase with prices
