I was hoping somebody could explain how to add a new sidebox to my site & how I would include a photo.

I have read the tutorials so far but to be honest they have lost me.

I've downloaded the blank sidebox & have a photo that I would like to add into it. I don't need to add any text as my image say's all I need it to. Can anybody tell me what directory I should upload the photo to & tell me how to get the photo to appear in the sidebox.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
