Can you send customer invoice to admin?

Is there a way that you can send a copy of the web invoice that customers receive in an email format to the admin when a customer makes an order?

That already happens automatically. It's sent to the address specified in Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Send Extra Order Confirmation Emails to .....

how can i then login to view the customers unique invoice? the admin user name and password doesnt work...

yes, but to cut a long story short, the person using the website doesnt want to log into the /admin site.

I fail to understand what you are saying. If you are an admin, then you are able to log in to the admin side and view the invoices unless your admin rights have been disabled or you have forgotten your password. I do not understand what you mean in the above quote from your message.
