It appears to me that your attributes are not getting added to the product at all on your site ... meaning, not just the "price" but the Attribute itself ...

If you compare your tpl_product_info_display.php to a clean one I think you will find the Attribute code is not inside the <form> </form> tags ...

Normally I would suggest to switch to the Classic Template to test this, but you did not use the Templates and Overrides for your site ...

Beyond Compare from scootersoftware.com would help you with this comparison of the files if you do not spot this for yourself ...
