can't stop Debug Error-Logging Utility

hi I have the problem that I can't stop the Debug Error-Logging Utility. I already have hundreds of error files in my cache folder.
Also have I altered the file to: enable_error_logging.php1
but without succes

Have you fixed all of the errors reported?

The Debug Tool creates files only if you have issues that need to be fixed ...

Once all issues are fixed, you can delete the error logs and then remove the Debug Tool from the server ...
