    Default Search box not clickable

    My search box does not work with IE, 7 & 8. It does work with Firefox and with Safari.

    Any suggestions?

    I would start by vaildating your markup.

    you have a few to keep you busy....

    I was able to see it work in ie 8, but not in compatibility mode, or document mode of 7...

    Good luck Matt

    Wow. I had no idea. You mean that ALT is not the same thing as alt?? SRC as src? Geez. I have a huge mess, and have for years. My head hurts just thinking about this cleanup job.....

    Okay, I have all the errors out of the main page, and the search box still isn't clickable in IE. Other suggestions?

    Um, yea that is weird. I can select it if I disable your css line 350 :
    #navMainSearch {
    float:right;

    }

    but that breaks your page....
    I'd try to put another div in there to contain your float... I am sort of at a loss as to why though.
    Nice site.

    Edit. Just checked and it seems it works in IE8 standards. Why don't you look into sending the ie8 standards meta tag? That may also clean it up.
