1054 Unknown column 'entry_telephone' in 'field list'...when trying to edit addresses

I am getting the following error:

1054 Unknown column 'entry_telephone' in 'field list'
in:
[select address_book_id, entry_firstname as firstname, entry_lastname as lastname, entry_telephone as telephone, entry_company as company, entry_street_address as street_address, entry_suburb as suburb, entry_city as city, entry_postcode as postcode, entry_state as state, entry_zone_id as zone_id, entry_country_id as country_id from address_book where customers_id = '1']

I have tried doing backups from times when I know this error wasn't present, with no luck. Any ideas?

Just to add to the info on this issue, it is not letting customers change there shipping address.
