Shipping Modules List Not showing

hello,

I have installed zen cart 1.3.8a .. everything is working fine but when i log in to admin panel and go to...

Admin >> Modules >> Shipping Modules


under this its not showing me list of shipping modules its blank. also when i proceed to checkout its not showing me checkout shipping page.

Use the debug-logging utility mentioned here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=82

It will likely reveal that you've got backup copies of .php files in your shipping modules folder which are causing problems. Don't leave files in there with .php extension if they're just backups of older versions of files.
